We meet with the contractor to establish a list of critical path items, milestone dates, and tasks. The project is monitored by our office through field reports from the contractor and regular site visits. We provide you with weekly status reports of work completed, current issues, and items in variance from the projected schedule and offer solutions to bring the job back on track.
