We can review monthly pay requests, comparing the work completed to the schedule of values prepared for the project. You can then make payment with the comfort of knowing you are not overpaying the contractor. We require and review Conditional and Progress Lien Releases, as well as, Final Lien Releases at the completion of the project. This insures that the contractor is paying their bills with the progress payments.
