We review the project at the final stages of completion, assuring that the work has been completed according to the design. We prepare a list of final work to be completed by the contractor. We monitor progress to insure that the Certificate of Occupancy is obtained on schedule with your move-in date. Prior to close-out we will help schedule a timely and orderly turnover of the space from the contractor to you. |
