An initial review of the site conditions is essential to eliminating surprises during design and construction. We visit the site location to review for programming issues such as site access, visibility, adjacent building proximity and parking requirements. We photograph the site and document existing utility conditions. We examine the surrounding areas to learn about adjacent tenants and traffic flow to assist in determining whether the proposed site will generate the customer mix desired. |
